Vintage 20s Mid 30s Formal Pique Cotton White Backless Waistcoat Details:
- cotton lining and front pique cotton
- V front with squared off lapels
- 3 front button closure with pin backs
- adjustable shell button neckline with 3 buttons and two front pockets
- button back strap
- backless design
- elastic band to attach to inner waistband button of pants to keep waistcoat in place
- this one is an early backless design with being late 20s into the early 30s
- appropriate for white tie formal vest

- one tiny pin head size black dot pointed to in image
- 3 front buttons have a slightly darker color as these could not be soaked as likely would rust and pins of buttons have oxidation rust
- buttons were all removed and added back to properly clean the vest
- this will need a proper starch before being worn
