Late 50s Early 60s Vintage Small Green Gingham Sleeveless Dress Details:
- a sage green and off white small gingham pattern
- 3 long green accents that resemble neck ties with a bottom gingham button
- dress has original belt and Lucky brand metal back center zipper
- dress bodice has panels cut to make room for the bust area
- very much in the style of sundresses Brigitte Bardot would have worn in the late 50s and early 60s
- 2" of inner hem allowance that shows up in images with studio lighting but does not look visible in natural light
- shown in natural light in last image
- shown with vintage crinoline not included in purchase
- best for a larger size small or smaller size medium but please see measurements to ensure a good fit
Condition: Very Good
- extremely faint discoloration at underarms
- straps have some picks to them where original owner had sewn them into a pinwheel to shorten the straps along with a few tiny rust spots (one small rust spot near zipper as well)
- clean, ready to wear (buttons were removed and added back after cleaned to protect from buttons rusting)

Bust - 36" tight
Shoulders - no direct measurement due to kimono sleeve
Shoulder to Waist - 15.5"
Waist - 28" tight so could fit a 26" waist
Hips - open due to large amount of skirt fabric
Sweep - 71"
Length - 39.5"
Hem Allowance - 2"
Belt - 26" up to 29.5" last hole opening though skirt is only 28" at waist
Brand/tag: no brand tag remains but union label used from the 50s through around '61

- cotton or rayon but not sure which one
