90s Vintage Small Black Sleeveless Handkerchief Hem Dress Details:
- bias cut flowing polyester chiffon so slips on with no closure
- spaghetti straps and gathered sweetheart bust with center flowing tie
- fully lined (lining shown in one image)
- handkerchief hem as kick inserts on front and back for flowing movement when walking
- all images taken in natural light
- shown on size XS petite dress form pulled out to a small so should not graze floor if you are not petite in height but the longest of hem will be around ankle length
- fits like a modern small but please base purchase off of actual measurements

Waist - 30" max but should be at least 2 inches smaller than this for ease of going on and best look
Hips - 40" max for best look
Length - 55" longest area of hem with shortest hem 46" but all of this shifts with bias depending on persons measurements
Skirt Sweep - 51" (lining measurement with outer dress being much wider)
Front center hanging ties - 30"
