90s Red Velour Sleeveless Small Mini Dress Details:
- form fitting deep red velour with spaghetti straps and built in bra shelf
- small side slits
- best for a larger size small or smaller medium but base purchase off of actual measurements
- Brand is NY & Co Intimates so it may have been intended for a nightie but I would have worn this to a dance in high school in the late 90s
- best for a medium with no stretch of 29" waist but please base purchase off of actual measurements

- you can see some faint lines in velour on front of dress slightly in pile of velour
- clean ready to wear
