Vintage 50s Size 5.5 Blue White Jasperware Erato Sterling Ring Details:
- jasperware pottery ring cameo style featuring Erato I believe (one of the nine muses)
- 6 pronged setting band with diamond arrow shaped sides is similar to others from the 40s and 50s but not positive on date though no later than 70s
- marked "sterling silver" on inner band
- made by Wedgwood (these are typically stamped on the underside of the cameo piece but this setting back is solid so cannot see the stamp that is likely there
Condition: Very Good
- tarnishing to edges of sterling closest to where jasperware set as i had a difficult time getting a polishing cloth to fit that area
- slight scratches to band
ring measures to be a size 5.5 with jasperware 5/8" long X 5/16" across
