50s Vintage Black Rainbow Short Sleeve Large Dress Details:
- rayon brocade fabric featuring florals and other items in an Asian motif
- color is black main fabric with teal, pale blue, purple and rust orange in stripes
- short sleeve dolman bodice
- two front waist pleats on each side above the hips
- side metal Talon brand zipper and original belt
- bottom side slits for ease of movement
- no labels and likely made by home seamstress as belt only has one hole setting
- best for a size large based on bust measurement of 39" but hips are much larger than a large so please base purchase off of actual measurements compared to a similar dress for best fit
Condition: very good
- one faint small area of discoloration on front skirt pointed to in image
- top bodice has one pull that goes across entire front top pointed to in image
- bodice waist darts have slight seam stress shown in image
- has been rehemmed as hem was down when found
- has not been cleaned but no odors to note
