intage 1950s Black Poodles Ceramic Bookend Pen Holder Set Details:

- made of ceramic with black poodles sitting on books with paws up against books
- each book end has a pen or pencil holder spot at the back side of the dog
- black glaze is trimmed with gold paint and white eyes to add dimension

- crazing on various areas of the pieces specifically on book cover ends and bottom book "pages" area near bottom"
- wear to gold paint, tarnishing on gold, dingy though they were both thoroughly cleaned, discoloration to bottom felt
