Vintage 40s Pink Feathered Black Bows Ring Tilt Hat Details:
- pink feathers caged by black netting set on a small circular top finished with 2 large black grosgrain bows and held onto head with grosgrain ribbon covered hard wire ring
- intended to tilt to offset hair style and face
- fits a variety of style as just intended to rest on the head and ring folds in and out
- from my personal collection shown in an old poor quality picture of me when I wore this the one time for Derby Day
