Vintage 40s Chartreuse Green Velvet Bows Tilt Hat Details:
- soft green velvet with those big angled tiered bow loops that frame the face
- intended to tilt to offset hair style and face
- a hat pin will need to be worn with this or pinned on in some way as it just gently sits yet does not hug the head
Material: rayon velvet, changeable color satin synthetic rayon lining

- a few small flattened spots in the velvet and variation to the pile direction on top due to the crinkles in the inner hat structure that is stiffened and possibly been misshapen at some point and reset
- back hat piping had come fully unstitched so has been restored with vintage cotton thread
- presents beautifully in person
Measurements:
2.5" crown to highest side and opposite side where V shaped 4" depth of crown
Circumference - 23.5" measured fully along inner velvet trim
8" side to side X 9" front to back of hanging mesh when hat is lying flat
