Vintage 30s Formal 38 Inch Chest Peaked Lapel Double Breasted Tuxedo Jacket Details:
- silk faille ribbed peaked lapels
- double breasted 2 X 4
- petal back upper inner shoulder area
- buttons on inside and one exterior button
- no original labels left but some staples and a left over dry cleaning tag from the 90s
- slight shoulder padding
- 3 button cuff though one cuff missing one button
- unvented
- angled chest pocket and slit hip pockets along with one inner slit vertical chest pocket
- shown in natural light in all images
- please base purchase off of actual measurements compared to a similar garment that fits well as it has been let out as much as can be in back center seam as can be seen in interior image
Material: wool, silk lapels, cotton inner pockets (not positive what lining is but possibly acetate)
Decade: 1930s I believe based on cut

Condition: Very Good
- jacket buttons have some threadbare wear (see image) and one cuff button missing along with cuff buttons having wear
- tip of one corner of peaked lapel silk faille is worn slightly
- i couldn't get all of the lint from static off so may have a tiny bit and need lint rolled
- jacket has been let out as much as possible center back seam
- has not been cleaned but no odors to note and no discolorations
- presents beautifully in person and can be worn as is
