Vintage 30s Black Felted Wool Velvet Trim Feathered Small Hat Details:
- a black felted wool hat with a two tier curved brim with crown circled by silk velvet then curving down the front under the brim
- trimmed with feathers that curve up and then smaller ones that flip down the front to frame face
- can be worn straight on where sides dip down or angled in a tilt for a hairstyle
- from my personal collection shown worn at an angle
