Vintage 20s Black Cream Feather Felted Wool Hat Details:
- cold weather hat in felted wool
- trimmed in grosgrain cream ribbon and painted feathers
- I believe this one is meant to be worn with the cream ribbon sitting horizontally and low on the brow as shown in the image
- felting was cut in various ways to create the shape
- inner grosgrain ribbon and original store label which only was in business in the 1920s in Tulsa, Oklahoma
- slightly stiff inner lining seen in images to help maintain shape
