S80s Vintage Pink Glamour Heart Cutout Sequin Formal XS Small Dress Details:
- Pink silk dress fully sequined and beaded
- back heart shaped cutout
- large leg of mutton puff sleeves
- side leg slit for movement as more narrow at bottom
- V pointed cuffs and sweetheart neckline
- extra shoulder pads layered in on top of the original shoulder pads for extra height
- bust pads added in for fill that could be removed optionally
- bodice has formed inner bust boning shaping
- YKK brand nylon back center zip, heart closes with 3 hooks and eyes
- best for a modern size 2 or size 4 but please base purchase off of actual measurements
Condition: good
- listed as good due to condition of underarms prior to stabilizing with silk interfacing
- underarms shown in image prior to adding interfacing - the interfacing keeps any pulling or stress off of the original fabric. I do believe it is wearable but certainly with some caution. I wouldn't throw my arms fully up dancing but I wouldn't do that in a long sleeve formal due to a chance of damage anyway
- one restoration area to bottom skirt
- had been taken in at heart back but let out though 3 bottom hook and eyes left
- many sequin and beads replaced though there may be some places I missed
- discoloration from sweat on lining, a pinhole on inner silk lining but no odors
- has not been cleaned but no odors
