Vintage 50s 60s Polynesian Teak Wall Hangings Details:
- pair of carved teak Asian style figures
- hung on a red and black textured cloth background
- framed out in solid teak
- figures nearly mirror each other
- mounting behind the fabric is also solid teak
- one back has a cloth string to hang on and the other has a piece of clear fishing line
- no labels or brand
Dimensions:
Each one is 21" height X 10" wide X 1" deep approximately
Condition: very good - The paper or plastic backing is missing from the back of each framed piece. There are a few minor scratches on the teak frames and a rough area on the edge of the top of one. One staple holding the frame together is slightly poking out on an edge. The teak figures move slightly if pulled on. There are a couple of minor imperfections in the fabric and the interior corners of the beveled frame are not perfectly glued together as can be seen in the images. These imperfections are minor and do not detract from the overall feel of the pieces.
