Material: a synthetic fiber I believe to be acetate or a triacetate due to a burn test on a stray fiber
Good condition - two or three tiny little holes, one hole darned on front bottom area of skirt, a few tiny spots, one faint beige spot on bottom side of skirt pointed to in image, a few small spots of iron shine on front by pocket and one shoulder next to seam, zipper has been replaced with metal Talon as was missing bottom teeth (original metal zipper was a silver “Wil Zip” brand. This was tough to get wrinkles out and will need a good steam or professional press prior to wear after shipping. Clean, ready to wear.
